Thinking of Spring (and making origami flowers)

I don't know about you, but I'm becoming tired of Winter, I feel like I've had my share of snow, rain, snow and rain at the same time, mud, cold, boots and coats and now I'm totally ready for Spring!
But since Spring still haven't decided to show up, at least not here in Croatia, I got crafty and made myself a bouquet of colorful flowers.

First I made five kusudama flowers:
kusadama
You can find instructions how to make them here. Then I used some wire and buttons to make them stand in a vase, I just pulled wire through buttons and then through middle of a flower and I got a fun looking bouquet.

Thinking of Spring

On this flower I used beads instead of button and added two extra petals:

I'm kind of hoping that looking at my newly created flower bouquet will stir up some magic and make me finish this flower painting that I started last year:

And to end my flower related post here is one big, drawn flower:
bloom

Have a happy Friday everyone!

What a beautiful bouquet! It will keep your spirit high despite the snow! I am sick and tired of the winter, too. We all are here, in Bulgaria. The picture is the same: snow, snow, snow, rain, snow, rain... But today we had sun and higher temperatures! I hope you'll find the inspiration to finish that beautiful painting!

neznam kako stižeš sve to napraviti: crtati, obilaziti razne web stranice, izrađivati cvijeće.
kako neko vrijeme nisam stizao pisati komentare napisati ću sve odjednom.
dakle,

Fun! I generally like winter, but it does start to wear on you a little. Some nice warm days sprinkled in between would be great. Maybe these flowers of yours will spark a little warmth :)
